Common Sense Returns Policy

We appreciate that mistakes are made and items are occasionally damaged in transit. We're happy to exchange an incorrect size or damaged shoes under the following conditions:

  1. You must initiate your return authorization within 7 days of receiving your shoes. The contact form to begin your return authorization (RA) is below. Once we receive your RA, we will reply to your email with instructions on where to send your return.
  2. Items must be received in their original packaging by our warehouse within 30 days of your original purchase date.
  3. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and have no visible signs of wear or use.
  4. If you wore your shoes (aside from trying them on), they cannot be returned.
  5. You must pay the shipping cost to return the items to us. We will pay for the shipping on the exchanged item sent to you. If you are exchanging shoes that were damaged in transit, we will refund your shipping once we inspect your return.
